Quality
Assurance begins with the interview process.
When we are recruiting a new consultant, CCR candidates are
individually screened by our Recruiting Department during an in
person interview. Candidates are carefully screened for personality,
presentation, professionalism, and compatibility to the
customers’ needs and environment.
After this interview, qualified candidates then receive a
thorough technical evaluation by one of our Technical Directors to
determine skill level and ability.
References are checked and/or past performance is reviewed
to ensure the quality of the candidates submitted.
We also have the ability to provide background
investigations should this be required.
After a
Consultant is placed with a Client, a CCR Technical Director is
assigned to that account. The
Technical Director’s responsibilities include monitoring the
Consultant’s performance and satisfaction and keeping in touch
with the Project Manager with whom he/she is assigned.
This process keeps an open line of communication on a
regular basis, which allows for swift problem resolution.
Often, we are able to resolve issues before they become a
problem.
We also require
the Consultants to fill out a status report on a weekly basis that
requires a signature from the Client Manager.
Those reports describe what was accomplished during the
week and what is planned for the following week.
This allows Clients to see very quickly the pace at which
the Consultant is working and direction they are going.
The status form also documents any comments or concerns
from the Consultant, which are addressed on a regular basis.
CCR is a
company capable of staffing requirements quickly and accurately.
We are confident that based on our experience, CCR will be
a valuable asset when the need for additional resources arises.
