Quality
Assurance:
Quality Assurance begins with the interview process. When we are recruiting a new candidate, each is individually screened by our Recruiting Department during and in-person interview. Candidates are carefully screened for personality, presentation, professionalism and compatibility to the customers' environment. After this interview, qualified candidates then receive a thorough technical evaluation by our Technical Staff to determine skill level and ability. References are checked and/or past performance is reviewed to ensure the quality of the candidates submitted. We also do a complete background investigation and drug test.
After a consultant is placed with a client, a CCR Technical Director is assigned to that account. The Technical Director's responsibilities include monitoring the consultants' performance and client satisfaction. This process keeps an open line of communication on a regular basis which allows for swift problem resolution. Often, we are able to identify and resolve issues before they become a problem.
We require all consultants to fill out a status report on a weekly basis. This report requires a signature from the client manager. These reports describe what was accomplished during the week and what is planned for the following week. This allows clients to very quickly see the progress and direction of tasks.
The status form also documents any comments or concerns from the consultant which are then addressed with the customer to avoid any problems or delays in the completion of the assigned task(s).
